SunSmart Storage (“we,” “us,” or “our”) offers a mobile messaging program (the “Program”), subject to these SMS Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). The Program allows users to receive recurring promotional, informational, and transactional text messages from us, such as:

- Move-in reminders, payment alerts, gate access updates

- Special offers, promotions, and events

- Customer service and support messages

By opting into the Program, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy (available at www.sunsmartstorage.com/privacy).

2. User Opt-In

By providing your mobile phone number and opting into the Program, you expressly consent to receive recurring text messages (including marketing and transactional messages) from or on behalf of SunSmart Storage at the mobile number you provided, even if your number is registered on any state or federal “Do Not Call” list.
Your consent is not required as a condition of any purchase or rental.

If you change your mobile number, you agree to notify us immediately to avoid messages being sent to the wrong recipient.

10. Dispute Resolution

By participating, you agree that any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the Program shall be resolved individually and exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Polk County, Florida, and governed by Florida law.
