How do I reserve or rent a unit?

You can reserve a unit online at www.SunSmartStorage.com, call us at (863) 340-1100, or stop by in person. Online rentals are quick, secure, and available 24/7.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards. You can also set up AutoPay for convenience so you never miss a payment.

Is there a long-term contract?

No long-term commitment required! All units are month-to-month rentals, so you can store for as long or as short as you need.

How do I get my access code?

Once your rental is complete, you’ll receive your personal gate access code via email or text message. You can use it immediately during access hours.

How do I cancel my unit or move out?

Simply provide at least 5 days’ notice before your next billing date. Once your unit is empty and locked open, contact our team to confirm move-out and stop billing.

Do you offer insurance?

We recommend that you carry insurance for your stored items. Many homeowners or renters policies already include storage coverage. We can also connect you with optional protection plans.

How can I receive updates or promotions?

Join our mailing list or opt into text messages when renting online. We’ll occasionally send special offers or helpful storage tips. Message frequency varies.
